I have trained with Amy in different situations for about 10 years. She is simply the best. Workouts are definitely challenging but doable and mostly enjoyable, although I don’t always believe that when I start. 🙂 She is flexible about modifications when needed. I always feel better after my workout than I did when I started. I’m sure Amy is a good part of the reason I am active and mobile at age 83.

I’ve been wanting to start a strength and training routine to improve my health and fitness journey and Amy did not disappoint! She helped me determine which exercises would benefit my goals. Amy was my primary pilates instructor at GHF for about 7 years prior to Covid. She was so much fun to work with and we are still friends with many of the ladies from those early pilates days. I took a couple years off from the gym due to Covid and by the time I was ready to go back Amy had left to become a personal trainer.
